This is a breakdown of what I need you to do;
1. Send brochures, proposals, journals and bulletins to my clients.
2. Keying data into a database used to create quarterly and annual reports.
3. Assisting with the coordination and compiling materials and sending client communications.
4. Creating Purchase Orders, Invoices, Excel spreadsheets, Inventory Reports.
5. Maintain and compile legal, and administrative records.
6. Write official letters, reports, and personal correspondence.
