About Job

We are seeking a professional Order Entry / Customer Service Clerk who takes the initiative for creating a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Enter daily orders quickly and accurately into computer system
  2. Manage customer inquiries
  3. Prepare customer invoices
  4. Process credit card payments
  5. General administrative duties (sending MSDS, Tech data sheets)
  6. Generate daily sales reports for management

Requirements:
  1. 1 yr Order Entry and Customer Service experience
  2. Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
  3. Quick and accurate computer and data entry skills
  4. Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
