About Job
We are seeking a professional Order Entry / Customer Service Clerk who takes the initiative for creating a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Enter daily orders quickly and accurately into computer system
- Manage customer inquiries
- Prepare customer invoices
- Process credit card payments
- General administrative duties (sending MSDS, Tech data sheets)
- Generate daily sales reports for management
Requirements:
- 1 yr Order Entry and Customer Service experience
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Quick and accurate computer and data entry skills
- Superior organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task
